Matthew is the Director of New Business for Service Express Europe, formally Blue Chip Customer Engineering. With over 20 years working with the IBM i & AIX workloads, Matthew has helped and guided hundreds of IBM i and AIX customers with their challenges.
Over the years, Matthew has built up knowledge and experience across hardware, hardware and software maintenance, IBM software, disaster recovery, private, public, and hybrid cloud, as well as operating system monitoring, management, and security.
As an all-round evangelist for the IBM Power platform, Matthew played a key role in Service Express becoming a founding member for IBM Power systems on the cloud for Business Partners.
